How much space do you need?
We need a minimum of 4 square metres.
It takes us about 1 ½ Hours to set up our equipment and depending on the size of the paella about 1 - 2 Hours to cook which means from the time we arrive you can expect your paella to be ready in about 3 Hours.
We would expect to have all our equipment packed away and be ready to leave within 2 Hours of the agreed service time which means we will be on site for approximately 5 Hours.
Yes we have special gas burners with automatic gas cut off safety sensors so we can cook safely and effectively inside or out.
Unlike some other catering options with a Giant Paella nothing extra is required! Paella is a complete meal so you don’t need to add anything extra other than some crusty bread. For formal occasions where you want to offer guests a bit more then why not add some of our delicious tapas?
Can you provide tables, chairs and other equipment?
Yes we can help you with equipment - we offer free advice and help organising everything for your event from crockery and cutlery through to tables chairs linen and more.
There is no minimum number of people we cater for but we do have a minimum £500 order value. For small numbers (less than 20) we offer a delivery service which means we cook the paella in our kitchens and deliver it to you.
Broadly speaking an area that extends to Southampton to the West, Petersfiled to The North and Chichester to the East
Yes we have our own marquee and we would charge a small additional fee if you require us to bring this.
Simply call us on 023 9281 5222 and we will discuss your event and give you a quotation. If you accept our terms we will commit ourselves to your event. We will call you two weeks before the event to confirm arrangements. We will call you 1 week before the event to discuss any last minute changes. We will call you on the day of the event to give you an exact arrival time.
There is a minimum order value of £500 for catering at your venue.
We reserve the right to increase this minimum order value on complex or very small events.
Prices include us bringing everything required to cook and serve your food, ingredients, all equipment, a trained uniformed Paella Chef and assistant.
Our staff arrive at your venue approximately 3 hours before service. They will set up the equipment, cook and serve.
All prices are based on us being able to leave the venue within two hours after the time we agree service.
Any leftover food will be put into convenient take-away containers for you to enjoy later or give away to guests.
Additional hours are charged at a rate of £18.00 per hour per member of staff.
Our payment terms are:
£100 Deposit 3 Months Prior to Your Event - Fully refundable if your event does not go ahead providing we are given 1 Months Notice
A Further 60% Deposit is required 2 Weeks before your event - This deposit is not refundable.
The remaining payment will be due on the day of service and collected when we arrive at your venue to cook.

Paella Home Delivery
For Home Delivery we require 48 Hours notice.
Minimum order quantity is 10 people up to a Maximum of 60
Prices are per person payable in advance for delivery within a 10 Mile delivery radius from Portsmouth (Havant to the East, Fareham to the west and Waterlooville to the North.
